The WHS-M4 collection features premium metal wafer cassettes designed for 12" (300 mm) semiconductor wafers. Available in aluminum or stainless steel, these FOUP-style cassettes are fully SEMI compliant and compatible with all 300 mm load ports, ensuring seamless integration into automated wafer handling systems.
Each WHS-M4 cassette features a 25-slot design with a 10 mm (0.393") pitch that matches the profile of an industry-standard FOUP. Its lightweight yet dimensionally stable construction enables easier manual handling while maintaining reliable performance in demanding semiconductor manufacturing environments.
